Since 2005, the subsidiary headquartered in Erlanger, Kentucky, represents OMSO's willingness to be ever closer to its overseas customers by providing direct technical support, timely parts service and cutting-edge technology solutions for plastic, glass and aluminum packaging decoration.
Over these two decades, Omso North America has built a strong network of customer relationships, helping to spread OMSO technologies throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. To date, more than 500 machines are installed in 38 states, a testament to the trust and quality that the Italian brand has been able to convey.
Key moments:
- 2005 - OMSO North America is founded in Erlanger, KY.
- 2010 - First expansion of technical team and opening of dedicated spare parts warehouse
- 2017 - Introduction of fully servo-driven machines in the U.S.
- 2024 - Strengthened after-sales service and local technical support
- 2025 - Reached 500 installed machines and further expansion of local service network.
