Businesses and the local council strengthen their collaboration in the area
OMSO was delighted to welcome the Mayor of Reggio Emilia, Dr Marco Massari, to its headquarters, accompanied by the Councillor for Urban Regeneration and Sustainable Development, Dr Carlo Pasini, and the Head of Territory and Relations with Local Authorities at Confindustria Reggio Emilia, Dr Bruno Marconi.
The visit is part of an initiative promoted by the municipal administration to strengthen relations with local businesses and establish direct and ongoing dialogue. The objective is clear: to gain first-hand knowledge of production activities, understand the challenges that companies face every day and create the conditions for concrete collaboration between institutions and the business community.
In recent years, as also pointed out by the President of Confindustria Reggio Emilia, Roberta Anceschi, many manufacturing companies have felt a gradual weakening of their relationship with public bodies. Hence the desire to reactivate a structured dialogue, capable of translating into actions that support and strengthen the economic fabric of the territory.
OMSO is proud to have been the first company to inaugurate this new cycle of meetings. During the visit, the company's activities, industry dynamics and development prospects were presented in an open and constructive discussion on the topics of competitiveness, innovation and value generated for the local community.
We are convinced that effective synergy between institutions and businesses is a strategic element in supporting companies that create jobs, prosperity and growth for the local area.
