In 2026, OMSO is once again renewing its commitment to dialogue between business and education by joining the project promoted by Synergie Italia, which is dedicated to guiding young people and introducing them to the world of work.
On 26 March, we had the pleasure of welcoming two Year 13 classes from the Maintenance and Technical Assistance course at the Istituto Superiore d’Arzo in Montecchio (RE) to our headquarters, comprising a total of 30 students.
The initiative forms part of a structured programme aimed at building a concrete bridge between school and business, offering students the opportunity to engage directly with production environments, technologies and the skills required by the market. At the same time, it enables companies to actively contribute to the training of the next generation by sharing experiences, values and know-how.
During the morning, the students were able to get to know OMSO better, explore certain technical aspects of our printing solutions and observe production processes at close quarters, interacting with the various professionals who work in the company on a daily basis.
We firmly believe that engaging with young people represents an opportunity for mutual growth: for the students, who can navigate their professional future with greater awareness; and for the company, which has the chance to hear new perspectives and contribute to the development of tomorrow’s skills.
OMSO will continue to support initiatives of this kind, in the belief that investing in young people means investing in the future of our sector and the local area.
