OMSO works with local schools through career guidance and training initiatives.

We took part in the SynergieSchool project, which focuses on PCTO – Pathways for Transversal Skills and Career Guidance – helping to bridge the gap between the world of education and the business world.

This provided an opportunity for young people to gain a closer insight into the world of work and for the company to engage with the younger generation.
