The sturdy augmented reality glasses worn by you or by your technicians during support requests enhance interaction and speed up problem solving. The App they are equipped with allows the operator on line with you to see with your eyes and to send you all the information necessary for solving the problem directly in your field of vision. You will have your hands free to work and our on-line operator will assist you as if they were next to you. The SmartGlasses are available with two different purchase options: simple, usable exclusively with us or with a licence, that can be used with all your suppliers.

All the OMSO machines can be equipped with a motorised or fixed camera with remote management. The connection is protected by an encrypted network and can only be accessed following an explicit request.

The camera will provide our team with a direct view of the machine during telephone assistance, improving service and speeding up problem solving times.

The camera can be requested when purchasing the machine or installed at a later date.

FAT

The system developed to perform the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) remotely is versatile and customisable. It involves the creation of a virtual environment with the most popular videocall platforms including: Zoom, Teams or others according to your requirements.

In this environment it is possible to observe the machine/line from different positions through the connection to fixed and mobile video cameras, to follow the progress of the operations in the most complete and immersive way possible.

Our on-line Team provides continuous and timely assistance throughout the duration of the FAT, allowing you to participate in the Test interactively and comprehensively.

Each FAT is logged and, if required, the log is available as a final report.

For the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) also, a customisable system has been developed which involves the creation of a virtual environment with the most popular video call platforms.

The tools you choose to use, such as a smartphone or tablet, are connected to this environment, through which we can support you during the Test phases.

Our on-line team provides you with continuous and targeted assistance and through remote assistance is able to intervene directly on the machine/line control terminal to resolve any alarms that may occur.
